Mango Ice Cream (Make In Blender)

I have to say, growing up in Asian country makes me a huge fan of mangos! I am constantly craving mangos, especially when I am pregnant. For long time, I have been looking for some sweet and juicy mangos while living in Southern California. I finally found some good mangos at one of our local natural food store during my last pregnancy. I can’t even describe how excited I was!

Wait, did I mention I am 36 weeks pregnant now and I sweat like crazy everyday just by sitting down in a chair. I know this is bad to say but I am instantly want to have some ice cream whenever my body feels hot which it’s basically every day! And this ice cream is sweet and refreshing! After taking the first spoonful, the creamy flavor melts immediately and the little mango chunks are wonderful. This ice cream really just hits the spot. Before I made it the first time, whenever I think of making ice cream, I would be like ugh…. this is gonna be so much work and I don’t have an ice cream machine. But I must tell you guys, this mango ice cream totally changed how I think of homemade ice cream because you won’t believe how easy and quick this ice cream is to make!

I am just so excited to show you how to make this ice cream. It’s extremely easy. All you really need is a blender!

Pour two cups of heavy whip cream in the blender. Blend the whip cream in low speed for one minute. In about 30 seconds, stop the blender, use the spatula to scrap each side of the blender just to make sure the whipping cream is fully whipped. Then blend 30 seconds more.

This is how the whipping cream will looks like after the blender works it magic on low speed for one minute.

Now, two cut up mangos will make about two cups of mangos ingredients.

Add all the mangos in the blender.

Next, one can of condensed milk.

Blend everything in low speed for one minute. Yes, just one minute and the ice cream is done! Now pour all of this tasty treat into whatever you like to use to store ice cream. Pop it in the freezer for at least 12 hours.

It will be easier to scoop the ice cream if you leave it in room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before you serve it.

Can you believe how easy this was to make? This is a serious must try ice cream recipe for those mango lovers out there!
